Refund Policy

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been confirmed, processed, or dispatched by the vendor. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns
Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description provided by the vendor.
To be eligible for a return:
The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Proof of purchase and supporting evidence (such as photos) may be required.
Exchanges
